Be clear about what you want and create a positive feeling within yourself about it. Do not think about what you don’t want but the more focused you are the easier it will be for you to bring it into your life. For example, if you are trying to lose weight be sure to focus on what you do want and create the desire and more importantly the attitude that you have and are willing to do what it takes to make that happen.

The Law of Attraction is something that everyone can do because it doesn’t take much to get started. Some simple affirmations and a willingness to do the work. Many people do not believe in the Law of Attraction and are simply not willing to do the work to bring it into their lives.
